Overview
Nozomio, Inc. ("Nozomio", "we", "us") operates the Nia platform at trynia.ai. We have a zero-tolerance policy toward unsolicited commercial email (spam). We do not send, facilitate, or permit the sending of unsolicited messages that advertise or promote trynia.ai, nozomio.com, or any of our products and services.
What We Send
We only send emails to users who have explicitly created an account on our platform or opted in to receive communications from us. These include:
- Transactional emails (account welcome, subscription confirmations, password resets)
- Service-related notifications directly tied to product usage
- Responses to direct inquiries or support requests
What We Do Not Do
- We do not send bulk unsolicited email or marketing messages to purchased or scraped email lists
- We do not use third parties, affiliates, or partners to send unsolicited messages on our behalf
- We do not advertise our website or services through unsolicited messages of any kind
- We do not permit any user of our platform to use our services for sending spam
Email Infrastructure
All emails are sent through Resend (powered by Amazon SES) with proper authentication including SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records configured for our sending domains. We comply with the CAN-SPAM Act and all applicable anti-spam regulations.
Reporting Abuse
If you believe you have received an unsolicited message advertising trynia.ai or any Nozomio product, please report it immediately to abuse@nozomio.com. We investigate all reports and take appropriate action.
